Ideal partners run salons, clinics, consulting practices, or similar service models, often across multiple locations. You should already be using or planning to use WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger as core customer channels, and be ready to commit to a long-term relationship where your feedback directly shapes what we build.

Partner pricing applies to your first year of subscription. After that, your account moves to standard pricing. Though continued partners who stay actively engaged often qualify for renewal discussions. We keep this structure clear upfront so you know exactly what you're getting and when.

A custom feature request is an operational need that fits within Biz Citadel's platform. Things like a specific scheduling rule, CRM workflow, or reporting view your business relies on. Each partnership includes up to two requests, and we prioritise them on our product roadmap. Requests that require building entirely new product categories may be scoped separately.

Every partner receives a unique referral code to share with other businesses. When a referred business signs up and becomes a paying customer, you earn a 10% commission on that sale. It's a straightforward way to grow your network while helping other operators discover what Biz Citadel can do.

After your first year, your subscription continues at our standard rates. If the partnership has been mutually valuable, we're open to discussing renewal terms, extended benefits, or continued collaboration. Including ongoing product influence and priority support for partners who stay engaged.

Your dedicated workshop is a live session with our team. Online or on-site. Tailored to how your business operates. We walk through WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger setup, AI agent configuration, calendar integration, social publishing, and the workflows your team will use day to day. Most partners leave the session fully operational and ready to start handling customers from day one.

We review every application against a set of criteria: business maturity, operational scale, industry fit, and alignment with how we envision long-term partnerships. Not every application is accepted. We keep the cohort small so each partner gets real attention, not a generic onboarding experience.

Absolutely. Multi-location operators are exactly who this program was designed for. Whether you run two locations or twenty, partner pricing and benefits apply at the account level, and our team works with you to configure each location's services, staff, and scheduling rules during onboarding.
