1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Titan Citadel’s platform and AI WhatsApp Booking Agent (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Titan Citadel provides a specialized AI-powered WhatsApp Booking Agent exclusively for businesses. The Service allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business number, automatically handle appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and service enquiries, and enable real-time human takeover from the dashboard.

The Service is not a general-purpose chatbot and is strictly for business appointment management.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary consents from your customers to communicate via WhatsApp.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including data protection and messaging regulations.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein. We do not share any data with third parties.

5. Account Deletion and Data Wipe

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon deletion, all your data (including messages, bookings, and customer conversation history) will be permanently and irreversibly wiped from our systems.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any purpose outside legitimate business appointment management
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the AI agent
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta’s terms

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request account deletion and data wipe.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Citadel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
